I just stayed on Valentines Day night. My room was clean and nice. I liked the fireplace it was a very nice touch. The view was great too. The breakfast was good. I seen some reviews complain about the room cleanliness and that the hotel was not four stars. IMO some people need to get realistic. Most 4 star hotels cost much more than this location. Its a very good hotel at a fair price. I will stay here again.
I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, updated and clean. I loved the balcony. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Though, hotel was at the end of the strip so it was quite a walk to everything. However, the trolley station was right in front of the hotel which helped if you didn't want to walk. Hotel had everything I needed for a 2 night trip. I would definitely be back.
Had a wonderful time. The rooms were updated and very clean. It was so relaxing watching and listening to the river from our balcony. The breakfast was the best I've had from a hotel/motel anywhere. Great getaway at a low price. Will be staying here again.
We have stayed at this property several with nothing less than great experiences! The entire staff are on point and has never left us disappointed in any way! There is a trolly stop right in front of the property which will save you from driving into downtown or you can enjoy a EASY 10 min walk to downtown! This property has everything needed and is in a great location. Plus they are pet friendly! But please remember to clean up after your furry family members! I loved my stay at this hotel! Check in and check out was extremely easy, the rooms were clean and have a great view. The breakfast was pretty decent and the hotel grounds were beautiful. Location is also top tier! You’re near everything! I chose this hotel based off reviews and I hope mine gives people the comfort they need to decide to book! I’m definitely staying here again once I come back. Thank you guys for the amazing stay.
I will 100% be back due to quality, price, and customer service. I almost do not want to leave a good review, so they always have a room available for me! HAHA The lady that booked my room over the phone was lovely, the man that checked us in was lovely. The views are awesome; the rooms are minimal and just perfect for a quick trip. The bathrooms have been updated, and the towels were nice. The only advice I have is to bring a little firewood with you so you can enjoy the firepits!
Every room has a view of the river below. Clean and easy to get around. Included breakfast was minimally adequate. Nice workers. City trolley easy accessable.
My husband and I stayed here for our 13 wedding anniversary. The room was absolutely beautiful and the river was so nice ! When we arrived the lady checking us in wasn’t very friendly but when we ran into the house keeper in the hall way she was so nice to us and then upon checking out a different employee was absolutely the sweetest! We loved our room, enjoyed our stay.
